Rates and conditions of intervention
The firm has adopted a policy of complete transparency regarding its fees. Our fee agreements generally provide for a fixed amount, except in exceptional cases. These fixed amounts include a certain number of services. Services exceeding the fixed amount are billed based on time spent at the hourly rate specified in the fee agreement.
When the provision of services is unpredictable (e.g., negotiations), and in the case of liquidation and sharing, a time-based billing system is agreed upon from the outset of the case. A fixed price may then be proposed once the situation is clearer.
The firm's standard fees are listed below. Each case is reviewed individually and its price is adjusted based on its specific circumstances.
The firm's hourly rate varies between 280 Euros including tax and 340 Euros including tax
Within the jurisdiction of the Versailles Judicial Court, no travel expenses are charged. Outside this area, travel expenses are reimbursed based on actual costs.
Photocopying costs, postal delivery costs (excluding registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) and file opening costs are included in the packages.
However, please note that the packages do not include the remuneration of other legal professionals involved in your case (such as bailiffs, notaries or postulating lawyers).
Legal protections and legal aid
Your insurance policies may include legal protection coverage, which may cover lawyer fees in certain situations. It's worthwhile to find out about the existing rates, especially since you retain the freedom to choose the lawyer who will represent you as the insured.
If you have a modest income, you may be eligible for legal aid (AJ), a system under which the state covers all or part of your lawyer's fees. To determine your eligibility for legal aid, you can consult the applicable scale on the service-public.fr website.
Please note, however, that our office, having currently reached its maximum capacity, is no longer able to take on new legal aid cases. Maître Pietrois-Chabassier is on-call for legal aid and works for associations.

Procédure JLD (saisine patient Ile de France, hors 78 et saisine famille) : Entre 1 900 TTC et 2 500 Euros TTC (hors expertises/renvoi) (levée d'hospitalisation, ou de programme de soins, UMD, USIP).

Forfait en cas de saisine par le patient dans le 78 : 1 500 Euros TTC
Forfait en cas de saisine hors Ile de France : sur devis.

Procédure d'indemnisation : Entre 3 000 Euros TTC et 3 500 Euros TTC (n'oubliez pas de demander à votre protection juridique si elle peut prendre en charge cette procédure)

Négociation: facturation au temps passé.

Divorce par consentement mutuel (*) : entre 2 900 Euros TTC et 3 800 Euros TTC.

Divorce pour altération définitive du lien conjugal ou acceptation du principe de la rupture (*) : entre 3 900 Euros TTC et 5 800 Euros TTC.
